Although each educational institution has its own procedures, for convenience, organizations can use the PSC's Request for Referrals form.

Co-op/Internship program Application for Employment form

The PSC has developed a standard Application for Employment form to ensure that all the pertinent information is captured. Organizations may specify that students use this form when applying for federal government co-op/internship opportunities.
