The Leadership Experience Test

The Leadership Experience Test is used to evaluate your leadership experience.

You will be asked to submit a text describing any activities or experience from your work history, voluntary work, community or campus involvement, leisure or other activities which demonstrate your leadership abilities. 

The activities or experiences should reflect leadership through taking initiative, planning, organizing, problem-solving and/or working with teams.

You will be asked to limit the text to approximately 500 words.
